Pinaapple Jaljeera recipe - How to make Pinaapple Jaljeera

Ingredients
Method
  1. Grind the dry spices using a spice grinder.
  2. Add the tamarind paste, mint and coriander and using 3-4 tbsp of water, make a fine paste.
  3. Strain the paste, add water so that you have a total amount of 650 ml (approx) of liquid.
  4. Add sugar and stir well to dissolve.
  5. Pour the liquid in the concentrated paste and stir well.
  6. Serve chilled.
