Pina colada recipe - How to make Pina colada

pineapple juice 850ml
pineapple syrup 5tbsp
fresh coconuts 2 large
vanilla icecream 1/2 litre
powdered sugar 3tbsp

  1. Grate the coconuts.
  2. Add 6 teacups of water and allow to stand for few mins.
  3. Blend in a liquidiser and strain.
  4. Add sugar and put to chill.
  5. Blend the pineapple syrup,vanilla icecrem and the chilled cocnut milk in a liquidiser.
  6. Serve cold.
