Pina colada recipe - How to make Pina colada
Cooking Time: Total Time:
pineapple juice 850ml
pineapple syrup 5tbsp
fresh coconuts 2 large
vanilla icecream 1/2 litre
powdered sugar 3tbsp
- Grate the coconuts.
- Add 6 teacups of water and allow to stand for few mins.
- Blend in a liquidiser and strain.
- Add sugar and put to chill.
- Blend the pineapple syrup,vanilla icecrem and the chilled cocnut milk in a liquidiser.
- Serve cold.
