Ingredients
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 cup chilled milk
1 big banana
2 cups chopped papaya
3 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp star anise (chakri phool) powder
a pinch of nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
1 1/2 cups chilled curds (dahi)
ice-cubes as required
Method
    Method
  1. Soak oats in milk for 10 to 15 minutes. Keep aside.
  2. Combine the oats with the remaining ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  3. Serve chilled.
