Add safron while milk is boiling so it comes out keshri penda.
- Boil milk,sugar and ghee on high temperature until it start bubbling around 5 to 7 minute than slow the gas stove and slowly add the milk powder. mix well keep on slow
- For 2-3 minute.keep stiring. add cardamon powder.
- Take from stove. let it cool for 5 minute and start making penda shape. garnish with pista slice.
