Pears In Chocolate Bowl recipe - How to make Pears In Chocolate Bowl

2 cups chopped chocolate
2 cups chopped pear , peeled and deseeded
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp grated mava (khoya)
1/2 tbsp mashed paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tsp ghee
1/2 tbsp chopped almonds (badam)

For The Garnish
chocolate vermicelli (seviyan)
  1. Heat the ghee in a pan, add the pears and cook till they becomes soft.
  2. Add the brown sugar and 1 tbsp water, mix well and add the mawa, paneer and almonds, mix well.
  3. In another pan, melt chocolate in double boiler, in cup shape mould, pour melted chocolate, set it in a fridge for 15 minutes.
  4. Unmould chocolate cups, pour pears mixture in it. \
  5. Garnish with chocolate vermicelli and serve.
