- Cut the pears into quarters
- Deseed and cut in small cubes
- Pour the curd in a bowl.
- If too thick, add a little water and mix well.
- Add in salt, sugar and black pepper powder.
- Cut the grapes in halves.
- Add the pears and grapes to the curd.mix well.
- Chill and serve with hot food.
