Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 cup

  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer, adding enough water or curds till smooth.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds and urad dal.
  3. When the seeds crackle, add the curry leaves and add this to the chutney and mix well.
  4. Serve or store refrigerated.
