If you don't have peanut powder, soak peanuts in water for half hour. Shell them and do the rest as per the instructions given above.
- Combine the peanut powder and chilies and ground in a mortar pestle till the mixture becomes soft and sticky,
- Add the salt, sugar and cumin seeds powder and mix well.
- Serve dry or with curds.
