Peanut Chutney Sandwitch recipe - How to make Peanut Chutney Sandwitch

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

4 slices bread
1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
salt to taste
  1. Roast the peanuts and blend in a mixer along with chilli powder, cummin seeds and salt to a coarse powder.
  2. Apply butter on the bread slices and then spread the dry peanut chutney between the two slices.
  3. Serve immediately.
