Oh yes, I still love basic peanut butter and jelly sandwiches made with soft white bread, grape jelly, and super chunky peanut butter.
Peanut butter can be creamy or chunky, with sugar or just natural ground peanuts.
- Combine the peanuts, salt, and corn syrup in the bowl of a food processor.
- Adding the oil slowly through the feed tube. Stop a few time to scrap the bottom and sides.
- Continue to process until the peanuts have turned into smooth butter.
- Transfer the peanut butter after 3 to 4 minutes to a covered jar and store in the refrigeration
