Do this bhaji in kadai only.
while giving bread, apply butter and make it hot on tawa.
for this bhaji we need bread of 600 gms. you can make 18-20 breads.

300 gms plain flour (maida)
20 gms fresh yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp ghee or salt
1 to 2 cups warm water

500 to 600 gms cauliflower and green peas
300 gms tomatoes
5 to 6 onions
1 1/2 " ginger (adrak)
25 to 30 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp garam masala
2 1/2 to 3 tsp chilli powder
2 to 3 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
2 tbsp oil
a little coriander (dhania)
100 gms butter
3 to 4 boiled potatoes

  1. Mix everything and keep in square mould. keep only 3 or 6 bread.

For bhaji

  1. Steam all vegetable in pressure cooker.
  2. Make the paste of ginger-garlic.
  3. Then put oil in kadhai.
  4. Then fry onion (which you have cut. then after frying, put garam masala and ginger garlic paste.
  5. Then after frying put red chilli powder.
  6. After frying it very nicely put steamed vegetable, potato, tomato and then saute it till it becomes dry. repeat this procedure 4-5 times.after bhaji becomes dry put dry mango powder, black salt, dhania jeera powder, normal salt (according to taste) then saute it. then put 2-3 bowls of water.
  7. It should become not much thick.
