The moong cooked in iron vessel will become black in colour but it is full of iron and will be very delicious and it is very tasty. you can serve it as snacks also. kids like it most.

Green Moong (Sabut) - 1 katori
Refined Oil - one spoon
Jeera - 1/4 spoon
Hing - a pinch
Salt - As per taste
Red Chilli - half spoon
Onion - one
Tomato - one
Green chilli - 1 or 2
Coriander Leaves - a small bunch
Lemon - one
- Soak green sabut moong in a steel bowl for about 6-7 hours, without salt. take an iron kadahi and put on the flame. add refined oil, when it is hot, put hing and jeera. when it gets brown, strain the moong from water, don’t throw the water. put strained moongs in the kadahi and add salt and red chilli, sauté all this for about 5 minutes, now
