My children do not like patha gobi bhaji. So i make rotis like this saying that it is paratha and give them and they enjoy it.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using little water as required.
- Cover and keep aside for 1/2 hr.t.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion into 6" diameter circles.
- Heat a tava and cook each roti, using little ghee, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
