Pasta Salad with Rucola and Sun-dried Tomatoes recipe - How to make Pasta Salad with Rucola and Sun-dried Tomatoes

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 3 to 4 servings

Ingredients
1 cup chopped arugula
500 gms cooked farfalle
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes , halved
1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped canned artichokes
2 tbsp flaxseeds
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp pumpkin oil
5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
Method
  1. Cook pasta according to directions, drain, rinse with cold water, and then drain again.
  2. Pour pasta into a large bowl.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, artichokes and add them.
  4. Mix your pasta with oils, vinegar, and rucola. Season it with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle it with flax seeds and serve.
