1 kg baby potatoes with peel
1 tbsp chilli powder
2 to 3 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
water to cook potatoes
lettuce to serve
lemon juice as desired

  1. Wash potatoes very well.
  2. Put potatoes in a big pot filled with water (water must cover potatoes), add salt to the water.
  3. Let them cook for about 25 minutes or until soft.
  4. Put olive oil in a pan and add paprika when it is hot (this will enhance paprika scent).
  5. Add more salt to taste and potatoes and fry them until light golden.
  6. Put more paprika
  7. Serve hot with yogurt or sour cream in a bed of lettuce seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
