Papdi Chat recipe - How to make Papdi Chat

4 potato waffers
(readily available in market)
2 onions
2 medium sized tomatoes
2 to 3 springs of coriander (dhania) leaves
2 boiled potatoes
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tbsp Amli Ni Chutney
salt to taste
oil for frying

  1. Fry papads in oil and keep aside.
  2. Finely chop potataes,
  3. Tomatoes,onions and coiander leaves.
  4. Spread the onions, tomatoes,
  5. Potatoes evenly on the fried papads.
  6. Sprinkle on it chilli pwd,
  7. Chat masala, little salt as salt is alredy there in the
  8. Papads.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  10. Put tamrind chutney and serve before the papads become soft.
  11. Enjoy the yummy treat.
