A really revitalizing drink prepared with a thoughtful combination of fruits and coconut. The sweetness of papaya and the tang of orange juice go well together, and become even better when mellowed with a few tablespoons of grated coconut.

The overall taste is well-rounded and extremely soothing to the palate. Instead of coconut, you can use 1/4 cup of coconut milk; it will taste equally good if not better.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chilled papaya cubes
3/4 cup chilled orange juice
5 tbsp grated coconut
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup ice-cubes

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the drink into 2 individual glasses and serve immediately.

A soothing papaya and orange drink.. I loved the crunchy taste of the coconut.. and the flavour of the drink.. It taste awesome when chilled.. I have loved this recipe.. and make this very often..

Nice thick shake of papaya, orange juice and enriched with coconut milk. High in Vitamin C.
