Papaya and mango are a lovely duo! They balance each other well in flavour, have a similar colour, and reinforce the vitamin A content doubly well! Vitamin A, from both the fruits, does wonders for your child’s vision and skin, while the fibre from papaya improves digestion.
The Papaya and Mango Purée is easy to swallow and so tasty that all babies are sure to love it.
- Combine the papaya and mango in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Serve immediately.
