Method

  1. Pressure cook the raw bananas.
  2. Mash them and add salt,haldi.ginger and green chillies paste,lemon juice and 1/2 tsp.sugar and finely choopped and washed coriander leaves.
  3. Make 4 long cutlets shape polls.
  4. Dip the papads one by one in water and place the rolls in them and fry them on the non-stick tawa,taking little oil.serve hot.
