A unique paratha recipe with papad as one of its mixture ingredients, crunchy and crispy. Enjoy with aloo ki rasedar subzi or curd.
- Roast papad on stove.
- Crush them in coarse powder.
- Add pinch of salt, red chilli powder accoding to taste and a pinch of amchoor and1 tsp ghee, mix well and stuff the mixture in regular parantha dough and make like regular bharvan paratha.
