Panner Mutter Gravie recipe - How to make Panner Mutter Gravie

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 to 5 servings

200 gms paneer (cottage cheese) , chopped
2 tomatoes , chopped
2 capsicums , chopped
2 onions , chopped
1 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
3 green chillies , chopped
2 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1/2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the green chillies, ginger and onions and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add a little sugar and turmeric powder, mix well and add the capsicum and cook for one minute.
  4. Add the paneer and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the tomato and garam masala, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot
