A equally delicious and nutritious subji
- Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add tempering ingredients and saute methi leaves in it.
- Add the onion paste and saute well.
- Add all other ingredients and seasonings, mix well and cook for half a minute.
- Remove from flame and serve hot garnished with almonds and coriander.
