  1. Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add tempering ingredients and saute methi leaves in it.
  2. Add the onion paste and saute well.
  3. Add all other ingredients and seasonings, mix well and cook for half a minute.
  4. Remove from flame and serve hot garnished with almonds and coriander.
