Ingredients
200 gms paneer (cottage cheese) , grated
1 capsicum , finely chopped
i onion , finely chopped
8 bread slices
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
salt to taste
oil for cooking
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the paneer, capsicum and onions in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the pepper and salt and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture in one slice of bread and put the other slice over the mixture.
  4. Put the sandwich in sandwhich maker and toast it till crisp.
  5. Repeat with remaining bread slices to make more such sandwiches.
  6. Serve immediately with tomato sauce.
