Paneer and Bhaji Satay Stick recipe - How to make Paneer and Bhaji Satay Stick

1 cup leftover pav bhaji
12 paneer (cottage cheese) 2" cubes
1/2 cup onion cubes
1/2 cup capsicum cubes
1/4 cup canned pineapple cubes
1/2 cup tomato cubes
1/4 cup yam (suran) cubes
1/4 cup cheese cubes
1/4 cup basil leaves
lemon juice to taste
salt to taste
olive oil for greasing
  1. Heat little oil in a non-stick pan and add the vegetables and saute for 1 minute and keep aside.
  2. Take bhaji in a bowl, add the all the vegetables and mix well they are coated evenly from all the sides.
  3. Keep aside for an hour and and pierce the tomato pieces, capsicum, onion, paneer, pineapple, yam and cheese cubes alternatively in satay sticks.
  4. Repeat the sequence as per the size of the stick.
  5. Sprinkle some lemon juice, salt and basil evenly on all satay sticks and roast on a hot tava.
  6. Serve hot.
