  1. Mash the paneer, add the salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander seeds powder and chopped coriander and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into small equal portions and shape them into balls.
  3. Coat the balls with the cornflour.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
  5. Serve hot.
