Paneer Sev Puri recipe - How to make Paneer Sev Puri

Ingredients

For The Dry Masala Powder
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
salt to taste
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)

Other Ingredients
12 puris , readily available
1/2 cup nylon sev
12 paneer (cottage cheese) slices
1/2 cup ladi pav bhaji
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
1 tbsp dry masala powder , recipe above

For The Garnish
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
  1. Place the sev puris on dry plate and keep the paneer slice on the puri and then sprinkle dry masala powder on it.
  2. Place 1 -2 tsp of bhaji on each puri, cover with grated cheese and then nylon sev.
  3. Sprinkle coriander and serve immediately.
