Spicy fusion of chatapata spices with bland smooth paneer.
- Place the sev puris on dry plate and keep the paneer slice on the puri and then sprinkle dry masala powder on it.
- Place 1 -2 tsp of bhaji on each puri, cover with grated cheese and then nylon sev.
- Sprinkle coriander and serve immediately.
