250 gms paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced capsicum
1/2 cup diced onions
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp chilli sauce
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the paneer and capsicum and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the onions and tomatoes and saute for 3 minutes.
  4. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the salt and chilli sauce, mix well and serve hot.
