Paneer Sandwich Toast

A crispy paneer toast, made with a combination of carrots and paneer.
- Cut and remove the edges of the bread slices and cut them into two equal portions. Keep aside.
- Combine the paneer, carrots, coriander, salt and chilli powder in a bowl and mix well.
- Spread a spoonful of mixture on each slice.
- Heat a tava and roast these bread slices using little butter till they turn golden brown in colour form both the sides.
- Serve hot.
