Paneer Pulao recipe - How to make Paneer Pulao

  1. Apply the olive oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg powder to panner pieces and keep aside.
  2. Heat the ghee in a broad pan and add the cumin seeds.
  3. When the seeds crackle, add the bayleaf, dill leaves and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add the vegetables and pineapple and saute for a minute.
  5. Add the rice, remaining seasonings, pneer pieces and cashewnuts and raisins and mix well.
  6. Serve hot with curds.
