Tangy tomato and paneer pulao.
- Clean and wash the rice. Soak in warm water for about 10 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
- Combine the oil, onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chilli in glass bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Add the toamto puree, garam masala, chilli powder, capsicum, salt and rice and mix well. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Add the paneer, 2 cups of hot water and coriander to the rice and mix well. Microwave on high for 10 minutes, stirring twice in between after every 4 minutes.
- Serve hot.
