Here is something to cook on days when you feel indulgent! paneer dipped in a spicy, onion-tomato gravy with butter and milk… this is a typically north indian route to culinary heaven.
- Combine the butter and oil in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
- Add the onion paste and ginger-garlic paste, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder and tomato purée, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring in between after 1 minute.
- Add the dried fenugreek leaves, milk, sugar, salt and cornflour- milk mixture and paneer, mix gently and microwave on high for 3 minutes while stirring twice in between.
- Serve immediately.
