Paneer Kheer recipe - How to make Paneer Kheer

3 cups low fat milk
1 1/4 cups grated low fat paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tsp cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp milk
a pinch of cardamom (elaichi) powder
1/2 cup sugar
  1. Mix together the milk and paneer in a broad non-stick pan and simmer on a flame, stirring continuously, for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the corn flour mixture and stir continuously till it thickens.
  3. Add the cardamom powder and sugar and mix well.
  4. Serve chilled.
