Paneer Cutlet recipe - How to make Paneer Cutlet

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 6 cutlets

  1. Cut the paneer into 2 inch long and 1 inch wide pieces.
  2. Combine all the ingredients, except the paneer and oil in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Spread a portion of mixture,place a piece of paneer and wrap the paneer piece gently.
  4. Repeat the same to make more such cutlets.
  5. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry till they turn golden brown form al the sides.
  6. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
