Paneer Cheese Nugget recipe - How to make Paneer Cheese Nugget

Ingredients
250 gms diced paneer
250 gms processed cheese cubes
2 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
salt to taste
1/2 cup plain flour (maida) for rolling
oil for deep frying

For Serving
tomato sauce
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the paneer, cheese and garlic in a bowl and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine the flour and salt and mix well. Keep aside.
  3. Roll the paneer-cheese pieces in flour and refrigerate the pieces for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the paneer-cheese pieces till it turns crispy and golden brown in colour.
  5. Drain on a absorbent paper.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
