Paneer Badami with White Beans

Almond butter with white beans and paneer adds a nutty taste and gives this dish richness and an unique taste with health benefits.
- Heat the oil in a broad pan, add the onions and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the ginger, garlic and green chillies and sauté for 1 more minute..
- Add fried paneer cubes and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the white beans, salt and pepper, mix well and cook for 5-8 minutes.
- Add the milk mixed with the almond butter, mix well and boil for 2 - 3 minutes.
- When it becomes thick, add the curds and sour cream, mix well and cook till you have a nice thick gravy.
- Sprinkle with cardamom powder and serve hot.
