A healthy traditional sweet made softer and calcium rich with panner.
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well to make a thick batter which is little flowy and creamy.
- Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat the appe mould and add ghee in each circle.
- Pour the mixture into each one and put the ghee on top again. Cover and cook till golden brown from one side.
- Turn and cook again till golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
