2 tbsp black peppercorns (kalimirch)
jaggery (gur) 1 tennis ball size
2 glasses water
1 tsp cardamom (elaichi)

  1. Dry roast the pepper.
  2. Make it powder.
  3. Mix jaggery in water .then put powdered pepper and yelaichi. mix well and drink.
  4. Jaggery amount is optional.
