Ingredients


FOR white sauce
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
cauliflower

For Bake Dish
250 gms (1 bunch) spinach (palak)
2 pcs onions
2 to 3 green chillies
100 gms mixed vegetables
salt to taste
200 gms mozzarella cheese
Method


For white sauce

    For white sauce
  1. On the gas, take a fying pan.
  2. Put the butter in it
  3. Put the gas on slow flame.
  4. After butter melts, put the maida in it.
  5. Mix slowly until brown.
  6. Slowly add milk to the mixture
  7. Take care of the lumps
  8. Lumps should not form
  9. Mix till it gets thick
  10. Add black pepper & salt
  11. Take it off the gas.

for the baked dish

  1. Boil the gobi
  2. After the gobi cools
  3. Put in to the grinder
  4. After mix the mixture into the white sauce
  5. Boil the palak (do not cut)
  6. Only for 1sec boil
  7. Remove it and put in to the ice water
  8. Keep aside
  9. Take a frying pan
  10. Boil all the vegetables
  11. After it boils
  12. Off the gas add the gratedcheese (little)
  13. Remove the whole palak from the ice warter
  14. & then spread the vege mix on the palak.
  15. Roll it and keep aside.

  1. Take an ovenproof plate
  2. Pour little white sauce
  3. On that put some of the rolls
  4. On that put the white sauce reapet the same thing mahke layers if some of vege mix is left
  5. Cover the surroundings take all the cheese pour it
  6. Put in the oven 180preheatead
  7. The eat it.
