Unravel an easy way of adding healthful palak and pumpkin in your diet by serving the palak-kaddu raita as a side dish with any main course meal. Enjoy with biryani, stuffed kulchas or simply as a dip. .
- Heat 1 tsp oil in pan, add the spinach and saute till they shrink well.
- Cool and combine with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve chilled.
