Palak and Potato Soup recipe - How to make Palak and Potato Soup


Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 5 to 6 servings

2 cups spinach (palak) puree
1 cup mashed potaotes
water as required
asalt to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 bayleaf (tejpatta)
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  1. Heat oil and all the ingredients for tempering in it.
  2. Add rest all of the ingredients.
  3. Season it and simmer for a minute.
  4. Serve fresh with plain steamed idly.
