Method
  1. Heat the ghee in a kadhai and fry the cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds begins to crackle, add the chilli paste and cook till it changes colour.
  3. Add the mint leaves and spinach puree and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the cream and all the spices and lemon juice and cook for a minute.
  5. Add the chick peas and add 1/4 cup water.
  6. Cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the salt, mix well and cook for a minute.
  8. Remove from the flame and garnish with coriander.
  9. Serve hot.
