Palak Parantha recipe - How to make Palak Parantha

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 8 to 10 paranthas.

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well and knead into soft dough, without adding water.
  2. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a paratha of 5" diameter.
  3. Cook each paratha on a tava, using oil until golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  4. Serve hot with curds or raitha.
