Palak and paneer make a great subzi, right? here is how you can use the duo to prepare a delicious roti too! using a rare combination of rice and ragi flours as the base, the palak paneer roti stands out as an extremely nutritious and tasty roti.
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough warm water.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out each portion into a 100 mm. (4") diameter circle, using a little rice flour for rolling.
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook each roti, using a little oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
- Serve immediately with fresh curds or pickle of your choice.
