A deep fried delight. . Tastes best with a hot cup of tea!
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well adding little water and keep aside for 2 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a kadai and drop a spoonful of batter and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
