These crispy fritters make a quick 'n crunchy tea-time snack when you have unexpected visitors or when the kids come back from school.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add a little more flour if you find the mixture sticky.
- Divide the mixture into 20 equal portions and roll each portion into a small ball between the palms of your hands.
- Deep fry in hot oil over a medium flame until they are golden brown in colour. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
