    Main Procedure
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add a little more flour if you find the mixture sticky.
  3. Divide the mixture into 20 equal portions and roll each portion into a small ball between the palms of your hands.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil over a medium flame until they are golden brown in colour. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  5. Serve hot.
