In child hood my mother used to give me clove and kali mirch , wrapped in paan leaves in cold.that was very effective. remembering that i wrote this recipe.

2 banarasi paan leaves, 2cloves,4pepper corns, 3cups of water, 2tea bags, lemon juice or honey to taste,
- Crush paan leaves and cloves,pepper corns together in a motar.boil them with 3cups of water for 8-10 minutes on low heat. remove from heat and add tea bags and cover for 2 minutes. strain into cups. add honey, and lemon juice to taste. serve immediately.
