Orange chutney recipe - How to make Orange chutney

ripe oranges (big) 2
kashmiri chilli 4 (broken to pieces)
8 chooped green chillies
mustard oil 5 tablespoon
fenugreek seeds 1/4 teaspoon
mustard 1/4 teaspoon
sugar 1 teaspoon
choped ginger and garlic. 1 teaspoon
salt 1 tablespoon
- Peel the oranges and cut the fruit into small pieces without wasting the water. heat a pan . add 2 table spoon oil, mustard , fenu greek seeds and red chilli to it. as it spruts add green chilli, choped giner and garlic and fry them . add sugar salt and oranges pieces. just heat little and turn the gas off. add one tablespoon of lemon juice and
