Orange Truffle recipe - How to make Orange Truffle

1 sponge cake (8") , readily available in the market
4 to 5 drops of orange essence
1 cup whipped cream
sugar to taste
4 oranges , peeled and segmented
1 cup sliced papaya
mixed fruit jam for topping
  1. Cut the cake into 12 equal pieces and keep aside.
  2. Add the essence to 5 tbsp of water, mix well and dip the slices in it for 2 minutes and keep aside.
  3. Combine the sugar and cream in a bowl, mix well and keep aside.
  4. Take a cake slice, spread the cream-sugar mixture, place the other slice on it, spread a layer of papaya slices on it.
  5. Put other slice on it sread a layer of jam on it and keep in the refrigerator for cooling.
  6. Serve chilled with orange juice.
