Orange Topped Chops recipe - How to make Orange Topped Chops

oil for cooking
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) , cut into thick long strips
1 cup chopped orange
salt to taste
1 tsp chaat masala
1/4 cup finely chopped dill (shepu / suva bhaji)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
  1. Heat the oil in deep broad pan, add the paneer and shallow fry till the paneer becomes golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
  2. In a deep bowl, combine the paneer with oranges, salt, chaat masala, lemon juice and dill leaves and toss well.
  3. Place the paneer chops on a serving plate and garnish it with coriander.
  4. Serve immediately.
