Orange Topped Chops

A delicious snack made with paneer combined with tangy oranges!
- Heat the oil in deep broad pan, add the paneer and shallow fry till the paneer becomes golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
- In a deep bowl, combine the paneer with oranges, salt, chaat masala, lemon juice and dill leaves and toss well.
- Place the paneer chops on a serving plate and garnish it with coriander.
- Serve immediately.
