A paneer-based delight, sandesh is very popular not just in india but also in indian confectioners abroad. Here, the popular citrus fruit lends sandesh a refreshing tanginess, resulting in an irresistible orange sandesh.
- Combine the paneer, orange crush and milk in a bowl and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
- Transfer the mixture into a plate and spread it evenly.
- Arrange the orange segments over it.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve chilled.
